You can delete your Pufferio account yourself, from inside the game, in a few seconds. No email, no waiting.
In the game
Open Settings (the gear icon on the main screen).
Scroll to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
The button appears once you have signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook — an anonymous account has nothing linked to you to delete, and disappears on its own if you clear the game's data.
What is deleted
Your login — the account itself is removed from our authentication provider.
Your profile: display name, level, XP, Puffers, items owned and equipped.
Your round history: every round record tied to your account.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is kept
Purchase records — the store's transaction ID, the item and the amount. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep proof of sales, so these are retained after deletion. They are not used for anything else.
Progress on your device — deleting the account unlinks it from you; the local copy stays on the device you are holding so you can keep playing. To remove that too, clear the site data in your browser, or uninstall the app.
If you cannot reach the button
Email omri@dicori.co.il from the address you signed in with, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
