The short version. Play fair, don't cheat or abuse other players, and remember that Puffers and skins are a licence to use them inside the game — not property you own. Everything you buy is cosmetic and never makes you stronger.
These terms are between you and Omri Dicori (Israel), the operator of Pufferio ("we", "us"). By playing Pufferio, or by signing in, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.
Anyone may play. If you are under the age at which you can agree to a contract where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you buy anything, you confirm you have the account holder's permission to use their payment method.
An anonymous account is created for you automatically so your progress can be saved. You may link it to a Google, Apple or Facebook identity so it follows you to other devices. You are responsible for keeping access to that identity; if you lose it, we may be unable to return your progress. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases the account and its data.

We may suspend or close an account, and remove Puffers or items obtained through cheating, exploits, chargebacks or fraud.
Puffers are the in-game currency. They can be earned by playing, and in the mobile apps they can also be bought. Puffers have no value outside the game: they are not money, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be transferred between accounts.
Buying Puffers or an item grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it inside Pufferio for as long as the game runs. You do not own the item itself.
Everything sold is cosmetic. Skins, eyes and auras change how a character looks and never change size, mass, speed, hitbox or any ability. This is a design rule, not a marketing line.
The mobile apps show one short ad between some rounds, which you close yourself. Ads are non-personalized and never appear during a round. One optional rewarded ad exists: the round-end New round X2 button plays a video only when you tap it, and doubles that round’s points. The one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently removes the between-round ads; the optional X2 ad stays available, and stays optional. The website's information pages show Google AdSense ads.
Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are processed by Apple and Google under their own terms. Their refund policy applies, and refunds are requested from them, not from us. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right ends once the Puffers or the unlock have been credited to your account, because delivery is immediate.
Purchases on the website are sold by Paddle (paddle.com) as our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller and processes the payment. Refunds for website purchases are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms; you can reach them at paddle.net or through our support page.
Puffers are credited to your account once the store confirms the payment. If a purchase is charged back or refunded, we may remove the corresponding Puffers and anything bought with them.
Prices may change. Bonus amounts, pack sizes and item prices may be adjusted over time; Puffers already in your account keep their value in the game.
Pufferio is a live game. Arenas, characters, balance, prices and features may change, and parts of it may be withdrawn. We may suspend the service for maintenance. If we ever shut the game down permanently, we will announce it in advance where we reasonably can.
Pufferio, its characters, artwork, sounds, name and logo belong to us. You may record and share gameplay footage, including monetised videos and streams, as long as you do not present it as your own game or as officially endorsed. You may not extract or reuse the artwork, audio or code.
Pufferio is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, and we do not guarantee that progress can always be recovered — although we try hard on all three.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop playing at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
