Pufferio player guide
Pufferio is designed, drawn, coded and shipped by one person, Omri Dicori, a software engineer in Israel, as an answer to a specific itch: a game a whole family can play in the same minute, deep enough to argue strategy about, simple enough that the youngest player needs one finger and zero tutorials.
The engineering is unusually honest for a small game: a fully deterministic physics core (which is what makes shared room codes possible), a real-time server that runs the very same simulation, bots that fill empty seats from day one, and over-the-air updates that ship fixes in hours. The creatures are hand-designed; the game’s seven languages are human-reviewed.
